SwampHacks is a student-run, 24-hour hackathon that allows students to challenge their creative build abilities. Founded in 2015, the organization celebrated its 10th anniversary and its first in-person hackathon since the pandemic. The organization won 2024-2025 Gator Engineering Society of the Year.

Logo redesign for SwampHacks X.
Over the 2024-25 school year, I was on the Marketing Team as a Director for the first in-person hackathon since 2020. In this role, I worked with a team to advertise the event and give the hackathon a new look for its 10th year, reflecting the theme of "Retro Technology" with a focus on a warm-toned aesthetic.
I reimagined the organization's logo, created social media posts, and designed stickers and other collateral to promote and decorate the event held in January. During the event, I captured photo and video content to highlight the event and keep hackers excited for another year of SwampHacks.

For the design aspects of this role, I used Illustrator and Procreate. These elements included the logo, banners, maps, badges, social media profile images, and retro technology drawings. For social media posts, I utilized Figma due to its collaborative space for my team and I.
