I was responsible for every aspect of this project, showcasing what I embraced during my education.

Brainstorm and present ideas for capstone.
Present weekly updates to advisor and peers.
Develop branding and document research.
Communicate with advisor to talk about progress in weekly meetings and receive feedback.
Create logo, product designs, advertisement, collateral, brand book, and website.
Update presentation site, Behance, and present project at Convergence 2025.

The Journey of Sentir

Why focus on something like Sentir? I wanted to connect my love for travel to something tangible that I could use my branding skills to bring to life. As someone who often uses essential oils and fragrances, I thought this would be the perfect idea. When it came to the name, I wanted to use something in French. This is a nod to the language and country that started my love for travel and my want to travel the world. Though my dreams of being a fashion designer in such a place are no longer, I knew I had to pay homage to my younger self, who dreamed creatively and internationally.

Brand Book

The brand book was an essential part of my organization in this project. Keeping track of everything allowed for consistency, and designing the book created another deliverable to showcase the effort in this idea. I used Adobe InDesign for this portion of the project.

Brand Website

Rather than create a website that prioritized shopping, I created a site that focused on story and design, keeping the branding alive in a digital space with animation and parallax. I used Figma to construct the website, while using assets I created in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate.

Brand Products

The essential oil products of Sentir aim to immerse the consumer in the location of their choosing. I wanted the design to reflect this. For the products, I used Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension, and Procreate.
